Poet Birgit Heid visited the exhibition at Katrin Hiestand Gallery (see Report 14/2012) where she found inspiration for her new poem Blaue Gräser (Blue Grass). “… the long creation processes and the individuality of the colour combinations inspired me to trace events that, from my perspective as an onlooker, could have been the basis for the images. … My own experiences during that day also influenced my perception of the images. It was a day where I came into touch with my own past and where travelling played a special role”, she wrote later.
BLAUE GRÄSER
Blaue Gräser wiegen sich und herrschen
freundschaftlich über die weißen Stängel
